Rather direct today with Jim and the kids Afraid I may have become a dick.  I have had to break down my thoughts into baby small chunks for too long. 
Tired of the intellectual delay and spoon feeding thoughts in tiny bits

Wind storm and new eyelashes  After time at JCC with the boys I went for eyelash extensions and a henna tattoo reminding me to breath.   Came home to a dark house.  Later decided to go out for dinner after a glass of wine. Went to High Point.  Saw Bella working.  Visited with the neighbors.  Jims angry at me "about last night"  It's gonna be another exaggeration of how told him off while drunk.  And a renewed promise to not drink wine, or not take a weed pill, or any excuse to continue drinking.  Tired of drinking and tired of my large pocket of  anger.   I feel like I am moving out of denial of the truth of my life into depression and anger.   I sense that my truth involves more of a jacked up childhood.
